IOA Opens Online Content to Members

In a recent email, the International Ombudsman Association announced that webinars and other educational programs are now free for all members. This is the latest initiative to increase access to IOA materials and improve member benefits. In the past 18 months, IOA has opened access to its Journal, added certification categories, produced a shareable promotional video, revised membership processes, launched a job board, and hired an executive director.

Here's the full announcement that went out to IOA members on January 10, 2020:
IOA Members Now Have Free Access to IOA Online Learning!
Thank you for being an IOA member. We are excited to announce that you now have free access to all available IOA webinars and additional educational material.
As of 1 January 2020, all IOA Members have been granted access to IOA's archive of webinar presentations and materials.
Additionally, all IOA members can now register for and attend all live webinars for free, beginning with the upcoming February webinar titled, "Annual Reports as a Catalyst for Change," which will focus on using annual reports to help ombuds tell a story and help you create a roadmap for future efforts.
