Journal of IOA Opens Access for 2019

The peer-reviewed journal for the Organizational Ombuds profession has removed its paywall for 2019. In 2017, the Journal of the International Ombudsman Association moved to a piecemeal publication schedule and moved its content to the members-only area of it's website. Earlier this month, IOA's new management company updated the association's website and opened access to JIOA. The Journal is also available through EBSCO. (JIOA Home.)
