New Ombuds Program Mediates Issues at LUCA School of Arts

An Ombudsman Service has been established at Hogeschool Sint-Lukas Brussel, the only independent art school in Flanders. Ten faculty and staff serve as Ombuds and cover LUCA's five campus locations. The Ombuds act as mediators in cases of academic conflicts between students and faculty/administrators, especially during exam periods.
