Internship Opportunity: ECLAC, Santiago

The United Nations Regional Ombudsman Office is seeking an intern for the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean in Santiago, Chile. The full-time, unpaid internship starts April 1, 2020 and will last four to six months. The position offers the opportunity to support the office's mediation training, outreach, and advocacy, and position reports to the Regional Ombudsman, Francisco Espejo Elgueta.

Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate degree program or be in the final year of an undergraduate program or start within one year of graduation. Fluency in Spanish is required and knowledge of another UN language is an asset. The posting period for the position ends February 18, 2020. (UN Careers.)
