Chevron’s Global Office of Ombuds is hiring an Ombuds Manager based at its headquarters in San Ramon. The full-time position reports to the Global Principal Ombuds Manager, Sana Manjeshwar. It's been a dynamic year for Chevron's Ombuds program; in addition to Manjeshwar's promotion, the service has been expanded to Angola, Nigeria, Indonesia, Philippines, and Australia.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree; at least five years Ombuds, human resources, mediation or other related industry experience; and supervisory or management experience. Demonstrated mediation/ADR experience and CO-OP certification are preferred. No salary indicated. Applications are due by January 16, 2020.
