Sana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Relations from McGill University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham University School of Law. Prior to joining Chevron's Global Office of Ombuds in Houston in 2014, Sana served as Alliance Bernstein’s Ombuds in New York. Her Ombuds work was preceded by positions as a labor and employment attorney and a human resources manager. Sana has studied and worked in London, Paris, Lagos, Mumbai, Montreal, Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York and Houston.She has also been very active with the International Ombudsman Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
