Applicants should have a JD, PhD, or Master’s degree in counseling, conflict resolution, or related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); and experience in ADR, bias, equity, and inclusion essential. Preferred qualifications include "Certification from International Ombudsman Association"; Experience in and/or knowledge about higher education and college governance; and Experience in performance management processes, and coaching employees and managers around performance issues desirable.
