CO-OP, and serves employees and volunteers, recipients of services, donors, suppliers, partners, and the general public. The work includes conducting case intake, providing referral services, assisting in surfacing issues and trends, identifying options and resolving the concerns of constituents. The Assistant Ombuds also manages the administrative needs and day to day operations of the Ombuds Office including case management data entry and reporting. This is a work from home/remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S.
