Three weeks ago, Clemson's Ombudsman Assistant, Glenda L. Dickson, retired from a position she held for nearly three decades. Dickson was the first full-time Assistant Ombuds and helped to establish the Ombuds Office, which serves all university constituents. She volunteered in several capacities for TOA, UCOA, and IOA, including time on the conference, oversight, finance (Assistant Treasurer), and membership committees and as a conference speaker. She said, "I will always have a passion for Ombuds work and hold dear the multitude of friendships gained in the Ombuds world."
Congrats Glenda on a new chapter!
