2022 ACR Conference Includes Just One Session About Ombuds

The Association for Conflict Resolution's annual conference is underway in Orlando, Florida. Although ACR has an Ombuds Section and Ombuds are frequent presenters and attendees, there is just one session about Ombuds this year. Yesterday, Kira Nurieli gave a breakout presentation on "Workplace Culture and the Role of the Ombuds." Nurieli is the principal of Harmony Strategies Group, a consulting company that provides Ombuds services, conflict coaching, mediation, restorative practices, trainings, and dialogue facilitation.
