Job Posting: Cal Poly Pomona

California State Polytechnic University in Pomona is hiring a Director of Conflict Resolution Services and University Ombuds. The position will lead the development of a new program for students, faculty, and staff as "part of the newly created organizational unit of People, Culture, and Institutional Affairs." The position reports directly to the university's president. (Cal Poly Pomona's last Ombuds, Lavada Austin, retired in 2020 after nearly a decade in the role.)

Applicants should have a Master's degree and at least five years of relevant experience in higher education. An additional degree, ADR certification, and leadership experience are preferred.
