The University Miami/UHealth Department of Faculty Affairs is seeking an Associate Ombudsperson. The full-time position reports to the Ombudsperson, Helen Bramlett, as the initial point of contact for visitors and "plays an important administrative role in the Office." Among other duties, the Associate Ombuds will work to increase awareness of the office at the undergraduate medical education, graduate medical education, graduate, postdoctoral and faculty levels.

This sounds more like an administrative assistant.

I try to avoid posting simply administrative positions and share your concerns about this job description. On the other hand, the title is "Associate Ombudsperson" and they are requiring an advanced degree and prior experience. So, I think this will be an actual Ombuds job with a few administrative responsibilities.
