University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Opens Internal Search for Next Faculty Ombuds

The public research university at the southern tip of Texas seeks internal applicants to be its next Faculty Ombuds. The search will fill a half-time position established by Veronica Cano in 2018. The Faculty Ombudsperson serves about 1,200 UTRGV academic employees and practices to IOA standards.

Applicants must hold the rank of Full Professor and have three years of relevant professional experience. No salary information provided. (Higher Ed Jobs.)
