FEMA's Alternative Dispute Resolution Division in the Office of the Chief Counsel, Federal Emergency Management Agency is hiring a Supervisory ADR Advisor for Reservists. The position is intended for an experienced ADR professional who will serve as the first line supervisor for reservist ADR Advisors and as a key member of the ADR Field Operations cadre management team. This is a temporary, three-year position that could be extended. Michelle Arbid has held the position since October 2023. The position is based in Washington, DC. Occasional non-emergency travel to disaster locations may be required and telework may be available.

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and have at least seven years of full-time professional ADR and 400 hours of conflict resolution training (an advanced degree may be substituted for two years of experience). The IC-14 position is equivalent to GS-14 and pays about $104,604 to $135,987 and applications are due by December 16, 2024. (FEMA Posting.)
