The private research university in Cambridge is hiring an Ombuds I. The full-time position will join an office that includes Adam Barak Kleinberger and Lisa Neale, and headed by Melissa Brodrick. The search will fill a position held by Colette Carmouche. The hybrid position requires two to three days in the office per week.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years experience in Ombudsing, conflict resolution, mediation, and/or negotiation or related field. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in a related field, previous Ombuds experience and prior experience in an academic/higher education environment, basic mediation training, IOA Foundations, and experience designing and conducting training.
