Ikram comes to Boston from Earlham College, where he had served as
Ombudsperson, Mediator, Director of Interfaith Initiatives & Adjunct Professor of Business. He also served as a Consultant to the Office of the United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services in 2016-17. Ikram graduated from Earlham College and earned a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University. He also just defended his dissertation "Exploring the Influence of Workplace Relationship Conflict on Intention to Leave: The Moderating Role of Organizational Ombuds (or In-House Alternative Dispute Resolution Services) on Staff Retention within the Great Lakes Colleges Association" at Anderson University and earning his Doctorate of Business Administration in Management.
