BIOA is holding its 19th Annual General Meeting today and tomorrow. The meeting--which brings together Ombudsmen and Commissioners from across the world including representatives from Europe, the UK and Ireland--is being hosted by Northern Ireland for the first time.
Organizers expect 140 members of BIOA to hear addresses from Emily O’Reilly, Ombudsman for Ireland, Peter Tyndall, Public Services Ombudsman for Wales, and Adam Sampson, Legal Ombudsman for England and Wales. (Northern Ireland Ombudsman News.)
