KU is accepting applications for its next University Ombuds. The search will fill the position vacated by Kellie Harmon, who retired earlier this year. KU's Ombuds serves faculty, staff, and 30,000 students, and manages an office comprising two part-time faculty ombuds and a graduate assistant.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and five years related experience or a master’s degree and three years of related experience. Ombuds experience and training, and certification (CO-OP) are preferred. Applications should be submitted by May 10, 2017 for priority consideration. No salary indicated. (KU Posting.)
