Sue Huff, a trustee for Edmonton Public Schools, blogs about Patrick Robardet’s first report as the Commission scolaire de Montreal Ombudsman (actually his second annual summary). Huff says she was impressed by the report card: “Stats and results were measurable and the recommendations he brought forward to improve District communication and decrease conflict were unanimously adopted by the Board.
