Leslie Kellogg will be the first-ever Ombudsperson for the alternative medicine university near Seattle. Kellogg will create an Ombuds program for students, faculty, and staff at locations in Kenmore, WA and San Diego, CA, and report to the university president.
Kellogg has worked on workplace conflict for high-tech start ups since 1995. Most recently, she has been a human resources and employee relations consultant in private practice. She is also currently a mediator for the King County ADR Office and Small Claims Courts, and the Seattle Federal Executive Board. Kellogg graduated from Northwestern University and is completing her masters at Pepperdine Law School's Strauss Institute, which includes an internship with the University of Washington Office of the Ombud.
