According to an biennial summary released by the Department of Energy lab in New Mexico, the 555 visitors contact the Ombuds office in fiscal 2018. This was a 2.8% increase from the prior year (540) visitors and the highest annual numbers since 2008. In addition, the LANL Ombuds saw about 1,950 participants per year at courses, workshops, and talks in the past two years.
