Criteria for applicants include:
- Legal professional with proven experience advising / providing counsel services within the Canadian Sport industry;
- Possesses knowledge and skills related to Qualification Guidelines, Anti-Doping, Classification, Sport Technical rules, etc.;
- Experience in a Games / Major Event environment;
- Experience with Board of Appeal for Classification and Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS);
- Experience in law outside of Canada;
- Experience collaborating with Embassies and/ or Consulates of Canada abroad;
- Experience being part of a team; and
- Experience in mediation and/or conflict resolution.
- Bilingualism is a preferred asset.
