Continuity Marks IOA's Leadership Team for 2019

Earlier this week the International Ombudsman Association Board of Directors elected its officers for 2019-20. Over the years, the association has struggled with discontinuity in its board leadership. That may be a thing of the past as the president, vice president, and treasurer have returned for second terms. This has never happened before. 

The IOA Board expects a year of exciting and positive change with a new management company and a search for an executive director. Here are the new officers:

• President -- Marcia Martinez-Helfman
• Vice President -- Melanie Jagneaux
• Secretary -- Elaine Shaw
• Treasurer -- Lee Twyman
• Assistant Treasurer -- Willem Kweens
