The largest public university in New England is hiring an Associate Ombuds. The position reports to Carol Booth, the University Ombudsperson, and serves faculty, staff, and students.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with three to five years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, or in an academic setting in faculty/staff development, counseling, administration, or labor/employee relations. A relevant advanced degree and/or mediation/conflict resolution training and/or Organizational Ombuds experience is preferred. The salary for the position ranges from $53,800 to 80,600.
