The private liberal arts college in Colorado Springs has opened a search for its next Ombuds. Paul Kuerbis has held the position since 2015 and expanded the role from a resource for faculty and staff to also include students. He will be retiring. The full-time (30 hrs/wk for 9 months and 20 hrs/wk for 3 months) reports to the Executive Committee of the College's Board of Trustees.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related experience. A Master’s degree, advanced certification in mediation, conflict or dispute resolution, organizational psychology, or counseling, prior Ombuds experience in higher education, and CO-OP are preferred. The position pays $82,556 to $113,514 and applications are due by June 28, 2022. (CC Posting.)
