Job Posting: Bravely

The online company that offers independent and external coaching (and very Ombuds-like) services has an open and on-going posting for Coaches. The position will join a network of other coaches to provide services to Bravely's client employees around the world using their proprietary virtual platform. Many of Bravely's current coaches are experienced Ombuds. A commitment of 12 hours a month is required.


Applicants must have have "extensive experience as a certified professional coach, organizational ombudsman and/or HR or business leader who has coached employees in the following areas: career growth, leadership development, performance, workplace conflict, and stress." No salary indicated. "As of May 2022, the hiring timeline for new coaches is approximately 6 months." (Bravely Posting.)

Update 6/2/22: Angela Dash provides this better description of Bravely:
Although Bravely does hire and value the skills of Ombuds - along with coaches and hr folks too - Bravely doesn't position itself as offering Ombuds services. Here's some language that I use to describe them in my LinkedIn that I've gathered from some of their copy:
