- Elevating intersectionality and lived experience
- Policy reform
- Public speaking and working with the media
- How to investigate, present findings and develop recommendations around systemic and institutional bias
- Clear communication and plain language
- Compassion fatigue and boundaries
- Strategic and fiscal planning
- Utilizing data and trend analysis
- Data management and reporting
