Barnard has appointed Judit Revesz to be the college's first Ombuds Officer and serve faculty, students, staff, and administrators starting in August. Revesz comes from the United Nations Office of the Ombudsman for Funds and Programmes, where she has worked as a case officer since 2011.
Revesz graduated from the ELTE School of Law in Budapest, studied conflict resolution and mediation at Columbia University, and earned Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University and the NTL Institute joint program. (Columbia Spectator.)
