Book Club Will Get You Ready for #IOA2019 Keynoter

A new book club for Ombuds will read White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism by Dr. Robin DiAngelo, who will keynote the International Ombudsman Annual Conference in April. Lisa Neale (Ombuds at University of Colorado Denver) and Hector Escalante (Ombuds at University of the Pacific) are coordinating the club in conjunction with Cal Caucus.
