UC Davis has opened a search for its next Campus Ombuds Program Director. This position will support the UC Davis campus in Davis as well as the UC Davis Health campus in Sacramento. It will lead an office that currently includes: Dana Hinojosa, Interim Director; Lindsey Dunning, Associate Ombuds; and Lauren Bloom, Associate Ombuds. A current search will add an Assistant Ombuds soon.
Applicants must have a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; five years of experience with handling two-party and group mediations; documented experience in mediating workplace conflicts between individuals and within and between groups; management experience including personnel and budget administration; and experience in developing and conducting educational workshops across an organization. Applications must be submitted by March 19, 2019. The salary range is $6,375.00-$14,541.67 per month. (UC Davis Posting.)
