The Department of the Interior's Office of Collaborative Action and Dispute Resolution (CADR) is
hiring a full-time Conflict Management Specialist based in Arlington, Virginia. The position will promote and provide expert assistance and support for all DOI bureaus and offices to increase and improve the use of collaborative decision-making and ADR processes (work that includes Ombuds services). Some travel is required (1-5 nights per month) and the position is also eligible for telework.
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen. The position is GS-9 to GS-13 and the pay ranges from is $59,534 to $133,465 per year. ("First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the lower salary range of the grade level.") The application window closes May 26, 2020. (FederalGovernmentJobs.)
