Job Posting: National Security Agency

The U.S. Department of Defense intelligence agency is hiring a "Senior-Expert Level" Ombudsman. The full-time position is based in NSA's Fort Meade, Maryland, Office of Dispute Resolution and Grievances. The new position will help grow the program: "The professional selected for this position will help us to expand conflict skills building delivery beyond mid- to senior-level employees to the newest members of our workforce, respond to the increased requests for team engagements, and conduct expert-level conflict-resolution interventions." 

Minimum qualifications for the Senior Level position are a Bachelor's degree plus six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus four years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus two years of relevant experience. For the Expert Level position, applicants must have at least a Bachelor's degree plus nine years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus seven years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus five years of relevant experience. The position pays $103,690 - $159,286 for the Senior Level (GG-13/1) and $144,128 - $172,500 for the Expert level (GG-15/10). Applications are due December 31, 2021. (IntelligenceCareers.gov.)
