The Office of the United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services is seeking a Senior Conflict Resolution Officer for a temporary assignment that will last six months (but which may be extended). The position will directly report to the Chief of Office and will be under the general authority of the United Nations Ombudsman, Shireen Dodson.
Applicants must have advanced university degree in a relevant area (or the equivalent combination of education and experience), ten years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and French. Experience in alternate dispute resolution, international work experience, and knowledge of another UN language are preferable. Applications are due by November 1, 2021. (UN Job Net.)
