The public vocational-technical college in Wisconsin is seeking an independent contractor to serve as its Employee Ombudsperson. It appears that this new position will supplement the work of the college's Ombuds for students, Yolanda Hodges. The position will serve faculty, staff, and administrators. It is flexible up to any hours up to full time as needed and may work remotely or on-site as needed. The position reports directly to the MATC Climate Committee.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, social sciences, or related field, and five years experience in conflict resolutions, counseling, and mediation strategies.
