Supercharge Your ADR Practice by Asking More Masterful Questions
Posing powerful questions to clients can be the force multiplier for ADR professionals. Asking insightful questions can lead to brand new perspectives and ideas and unlock novel solutions. These questions can invigorate, refresh, and enliven all of your ADR tools and practices. In this session, learn to be more fluent in asking masterful questions that are inspiring and memorable.
Presented By: Cynthia Mazur, Ombuds, Los Alamos National Laboratory

Beyond Dispute Resolution: Rethinking Conflict Management in Organizations
Join us to rethink conflict management within organizations as a comprehensive integrated system rather than a variety of disconnected services. Effective integrated conflict management systems provide a comprehensive approach to address conflict, gather data and navigate resources. Explore the components of a systems approach and how it may benefit organizations and practitioners.
Presented By: Elizabeth "Liz" Hill, Associate Director, University of Colorado Boulder; Jennifer Mahony, Director, Ombuds Office, Boston Children's Hospital; Lisa Nelson, Senior Training and Development Specialist, Human Resources, University of Colorado Boulder
