The search will fill a position vacated by the retirement of Roy Baroff, CO-OP, who established the position in 2015. The full-time position serves as a resource for about 8,000 employees at NC State and reports to the Office of the Chancellor. 

Applicants must have a Master’s degree (or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent professional training and experience), at least three years of relevant experience, and mediation or ADR training.
