IOA 2023 Conference Guide

The International Ombuds Association holds its 18th Annual Conference this week in Seattle. It's the first in-person conference in four years after the COVID pandemic forced the cancellation of the 2019 conference and the two subsequent years were virtual. This year's theme considers the role of Ombuds and also hints at the changes in Ombuds practice: "Ombuds as Change Agent? ReEngaging and Transforming Conflict."
