The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Office of the Ombudsman is hiring Conflict Resolution & Mediation Officer based in Panama City. The position provides Ombuds services for UNHRC personnel with employment-related concerns and conduct mediations, facilitated dialogues and other conflict resolution processes. The target start date is September 1, 2023.

Applicants must have: nine years of relevant experience with a relevant undergraduate degree, or eight years of experience with a graduate degree, or seven years of experience with a Doctorate degree; and Spanish and English fluency.
