Duke University Ombuds Shares 2023 Annual Report

In a report to Duke's Academic Council, Jessica Kuchta-Miller, CO-OP, said that the Ombuds Office had assisted 297 visitors in 2023, with nearly a third of visitors being faculty. Kuchta-Miller, who has headed a unified Ombuds program at Duke since September 2022, said the top reason for visits was evaluative relationships in the workplace.
