Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least four years of ADR experience, and five years of full-time administrative or management experience. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and advanced mediation training or certification. The salary range is $155,695–$184,004 annually and applications are due January 30, 2026. ReplyDeleteHmm the post says: “Travel expenses for the interview and selection process will be borne by the candidates.” Never heard of that before! Also, even though the salary range goes up to $184k, the post says new hires can only start at a max of step 3 which is $169k (https://www.peralta.edu/hubfs/89695599-6249-404d-8250-4f549a515ac8-mcpr_request_image-Management-Salary-Schedule-Effective-7-1-2024_revised_031225.pdf).
