The multilateral development bank based in Beijing has opened a search for a (Senior) Ombuds Services Officer. Louisa Tsang has held the position since November 2021. The position reports to the AIIB Ombudsperson, Philip Beauregard, and, in addition to providing Ombuds services, also manages the bank's Respectful Workplace Advisor program.
Applicants must have: a Master's degree; eight to ten years of professional experience, including a minimum of five years of experience in a multinational or multicultural organization; and mediation certification.
