The private research university in Cambridge is hiring an Ombuds I to join its Cambridge team. The full-time, hybrid position is a benefits-eligible term appointment through June 2028, with the possibility of extension, and requires 35 hours per week and at least two to three days on campus.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least five years of Ombuds experience, conflict resolution, mediation, negotiation, or a related field, and experience designing and conducting trainings. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in a related field, Ombuds and higher education experience, and mediation training or completion of the IOA Foundations of Organizational Ombudsman Practice course.
