CoFO has published the minutes of its January 2012 meeting, which included a presentation by Sheryl Brown-Norman at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. According to the summary, Brown-Norman is establishing an Organizational Ombudsman office which facilitates effective coordination among the intelligence community agencies.
During the initial pilot project period, Brown-Norman has undertaken an
outreach campaign using agency announcements, staff meetings, public
presentations, and other methods to explain the unique role of an
Ombuds.
