Melanie Jagneaux, who became the President of the International Ombudsman Association Board of Directors earlier this month, posted a video on Friday night to her personal YouTube account. The short video recapped the effects of the cornonavirus on the Ombuds profession and IOA. She said that IOA leaders are creating new resources and methods to support the association's members.
These include a new task force to develop weekly offerings that will be announced soon and expanding online programs and training. Jagneaux spoke generally and implied that there will be more updates. (YouTube.)
