Texas State University to Test Ombuds Service for Staff

Responding to pressure from its employees, Texas State University will launch a Staff Ombuds service starting this fall. The current Faculty Ombudsperson, Vincent Luizzi, will expend his role to also serve staff. Luizzi is a Professor and past Chair of Philosophy and is known for his expertise on legal ethics and philosophy of law. (University Star; Texas State HR; Wikipedia.)
