Applicants must have Master’s degree in alternative dispute resolution or law (Master’s degrees in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Counselling and other social sciences may be considered); seven years of relevant professional experience, including three years at the international level in ADR (and some work experience as an Ombuds); and proficiency fluency in French and English (proficiency in Arabic is a very strong asset).
