The Biggest Little City in the World is hiring its first Organizational Ombudsperson. The new position will "facilitate the resolution of citizen concerns related to the provision of City services." Reno has a population of just under 250,000. 

Applicants should have a relevant bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination).Preferred qualifications include: Experience with municipal governance structures, City of Reno ordinances, rules and policies, and operational procedures; and Experience with messaging policy and programmatic changes to the public.
