Job Posting: European Central Bank

The ECB has opened a search for its first Organisational Ombuds and Mediator. Based at the bank's headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, the new position will establish an independent organizational unit providing informal ADR services to staff and identifying systemic issues, trends and patterns. The position will report directly to the bank's President. 

The ECB is seeking experienced and qualified candidates. Applicants must be EU nationals with a Master’s degree or equivalent (preferably in a relevant field; at least ten years’ experience as a mediator/Ombuds (preferably at an international organization such as the IMF, the World Bank or the United Nations); extensive professional working experience in an international environment; and English professional fluency and an intermediate command of at least one other official EU language. Membership in IOA is preferred. The position will pay a net salary of €127,464 (approximately $132,600). Applications are due January 3, 2023. (ECB Posting.)
