Conflict Resolution Framework Developed by Ombuds Practitioner

Kira Nurieli, an Organizational Ombuds and conflict resolution consultant, has developed a new conflict-navigation framework known as 3D Harmony. The model is structured around three core elements of dignity, dialogue, and discovery, and is intended for use in workplace and organizational conflict settings. 

Nurieli introduced the framework in a conflict coaching course she led last spring in partnership with IOA. She has continued to publish about the framework and present it at professional conferences over the past year. In addition, she has also begun offering training sessions based on the model. The work reflects a growing trend of practicing Ombuds contributing original frameworks and approaches to the broader conflict resolution and dispute management field. (Harmony Strategies Blog.)
