Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Names Next Ombuds

Agriculture et Agroalimentaire Canada has appointed Jessica Norup as its new Workplace Wellness Ombuds. She succeeds Elianne Hall and joins Associate Ombuds Mireille Aubrey in the office, which provides services to employees of the federal agency that regulates agriculture in Canada. 

Norup has worked for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for more than five years, most recently serving as Director of Climate Policy and Partnerships in the Strategic Policy Branch. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at Transport Canada, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada, and Natural Resources Canada.
